Over the years as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I’ve consulted with hundreds of people who have joined the gym with goals of losing weight, toning up and living a healthier lifestyle.
Unfortunately, I’ve also seen hundreds of people struggling, reverting back to their old behaviours and eventually giving up on their goals.
I’m ashamed to say this, but in my earlier days as a newly graduated personal trainer, some of these people were even my clients…
However, as I persisted and became more experienced, I started learning how to coach better by identifying 3 major elements that people were having the most troubles with – Exercise, Nutrition and Consistency.
My entire coaching philosophy is now based on these 3 pillars. By helping you get these elements under control and providing you with the support you need, it’s only a matter of time until you achieve your goals.
